Premium alfalfa.  90% alfalfa/10% timothy+orchard grass.  Second cut hay is generally softer and more palatable to horses than first cut hay due to a higher leaf to stem ratio and finer texture.   Second cut hay is typically lower in fiber and higher in protein with a greener and fresher appearance making it more appealing to most horses versus first cut hay.
